Natalee is such an easy person to work with. We had decided to sell our house because we found one we loved but then got out bid. We decided to take the house back off the market and weeks later were told the house we wanted fell through for the other people. We instantly called Natalee and she got ours back on the market that day. She is such an easy person to work with. Takes you through every step of the way . If you have any questions any time of day she is there for you. We needed info at 9 pm one night and she was there for us. After the inspection on our home Natalee even offered to help us fix what we needed to. She goes above and beyond what any other realtor we have ever used has ever done. She is the best! She cares about what you want.

Natalee has been the best agent for us! In the process of selling us a new home, she also took us on as clients to sell our old home. Nat always took the time, no matter what, to answer our texts and phone calls. I'm not sure if she sleeps! It was like we were always chatting with a friend. My wife and I spent the last 2 years casually searching for property to build our retirement home on in the Saratoga Springs area, with little success. My husband and I live an hour from the residence that he was selling for his Aunt. Our realtor referred us to Natalee due to the distant location of the home. The moment I spoke with her I knew we were going to be a good fit. She was excited about the referral and eager to please. Natalee went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. Instead of having my husband travel the distance, she not only recommended local contractors that were needed for a couple of repairs, but met with them at the home and oversaw the work being done. If she did not know an answer to a question she would get you an answer promptly. We picked a date to put the house on the market, she listed it and it sold on the same day. She was so efficient that the date of listing to closing was just over 5 weeks. Natalee was a pleasure to work with, a lovely young lady with a beautiful personality. So where to begin? I have known Natalie for quite a while. We went to the same small school. My husband and I were looking for a place to come home. We wanted to do a tiny home as my family home had to be sold. After looking for a few weeks, we thought we had found our perfect land. But it turned out that the owner of that property didn’t want to sign for us to buy it. Back to Natalie we went and she found us another piece of property within a day, the closing process Was super fast due to the fact that we had to be out of our home that we’ve been in. We are so grateful for Natalie’s experience and helpfulness finding us another property so quickly. We just closed yesterday and plan on moving into a camper on the property in the next few days. Our tiny home will be delivered in the next few weeks. We are so excited. And we can’t thank Natalie for everything she did for us.
